I am a physician working in San Francisco, California. I have lived in both “blue” and “red” states. Politically, I am a centrist with progressive leanings. I have voted for both Republicans and Democrats in past presidential elections. When I choose a candidate, my primary question is, “Who is the grown-up in the room?” If both candidates pass this test, then I vote based on policy. I have never blogged before, but the unique circumstances of this time in history and politics inspired me to do so.
